WINTRIX AI delivers AI-generated football insights, not betting tips or guarantees. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
All subscriptions and payments are handled securely via Whop.com. When you subscribe, you authorize Whop to process recurring payments based on your selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Whop account dashboard at any time.
New users may access a 3-day trial (e.g., €1 verification payment). If not canceled within the trial, the subscription renews automatically to a paid plan.
WINTRIX AI does not issue direct refunds. All payment and refund requests must be made through Whop.com in accordance with their refund policy. Refunds are typically granted only for technical or billing errors.
WINTRIX AI does not guarantee betting results, accuracy, or profitability. Use of the platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials. Unauthorized sharing or resale of accounts will result in suspension.
WINTRIX AI reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate access to the service at any time without notice.
WINTRIX AI is not liable for any financial or consequential losses resulting from the use of its data or insights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova / European Union.
