1. Billing System

WINTRIX AI subscriptions are processed through Whop.com. All billing, renewals, and cancellations must be managed via your Whop dashboard.

2. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Whop according to their policy. Generally, refunds are eligible for:

• Duplicate or unauthorized payments
• Technical issues preventing service use

Refunds are not issued for:

• Trial expirations that were not canceled
• Dissatisfaction with AI results or accuracy
• User error during signup
